Branded emails and a new look

Your booking emails finally look like you.
Branded emails
Until now, every email your clients received — booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations — looked the same regardless of how you'd styled your booking page. That's fixed.
Your accent color, font choice, and border style now carry through to every client-facing email. If your booking page is warm and minimal, so is the confirmation in your client's inbox. If it's bold and high-contrast, same story.
This applies to:
- Confirmation emails — sent immediately after a client books
- Reminder emails — sent ahead of the appointment at your configured lead time
- Cancellation emails — sent when a booking is cancelled
To set or update your email theme, go to Appearance in your dashboard. Any changes take effect immediately for new emails.
Refreshed brand
SalonOS has a new look. The landing page has been rebuilt from scratch — cleaner layout, bolder typography, and a visual identity that better reflects what the product actually is: focused, professional, and built for people who care about their craft.
A few specifics:
- New color palette anchored in deep green, moving away from the generic blue-grey that's everywhere
- Feature section with a horizontal card carousel showing what's inside the product
- Lifestyle imagery throughout — real salon contexts rather than placeholder boxes
- Proper release pages (you're looking at one now) so each update has its own permanent link
The dashboard is unchanged — this is all surface-level, landing page and marketing.
What's next
The Team plan is in progress. Multi-user support, shared scheduling across staff members, and location-level analytics. No date yet, but it's the focus of the next major release.
