SalonOS is live

We've spent the last few months building the tool we wished existed: a simple, focused booking platform for independent stylists and small salons. No bloat, no steep learning curve, no monthly fee just to get started. Today, it's open to everyone.

What's included

Online booking page

Every account gets a public booking page at a shareable link. Clients can browse your services, pick a time that works, and confirm — no account required on their end. The page works beautifully on mobile, which is where most of your clients will land.

Appointment types

Define your services with a name, duration, and price. You can create as many as you need and reorder them however makes sense for how you present your work. Each type shows up on your booking page automatically.

Opening hours

Set your weekly schedule and add exceptions for holidays, closures, or any day you want to block off. Clients only see availability when you're actually open — no more manual back-and-forth to figure out when you're free.

Customer profiles

Every client who books through SalonOS gets a profile with their full appointment history and any notes you add. Over time this builds into a useful picture of who your regulars are and what they come in for.

Automated emails

Booking confirmations go out automatically to both you and the client the moment a booking is made. Reminder emails follow before the appointment. You don't have to think about it.

Custom branding

Your booking page should look like you, not like generic scheduling software. You can set your own colors, typography, and border style. The result is a page that feels like a natural extension of your brand.

Multi-language support

SalonOS ships in English, Dutch, and German. More languages are coming.
